Meet Your Therapist

Hi there, I'm Julie! I graduated with a Masters degree in Social Work from Adelphi and then went on to obtain my clinical license.

Outside of work, I love spending time with my husband, our dog and our families. Live music, the fall, tie dye, iced coffee, reading and animals are a few things that bring me so much joy.

My personal journey over the years led me to open my own private practice, which has been extremely rewarding. Being a licensed clinical social worker and providing therapy is not just a job for me; it's a genuine passion. I am here to offer you a safe, relaxed and judgment free atmosphere, as seeking help can be intimidating.

Let’s Get Started

Are you feeling overwhelmed by life’s transitions, struggling with anxiety or depression, or grappling with grief and loss? Maybe you're navigating the challenges of living with or supporting a loved one with addiction. If so, you’ve come to the right place. Whatever your goals may be, remember that your unique story is what matters most.

I specialize in supporting adults through these tough times, offering a compassionate space where you can feel truly heard and understood. My goal is to help you not just cope with life's challenges, but to thrive and find genuine inner peace. I will guide you with honesty and focus on practical, empowering strategies.

Each person seeking therapy has different needs, which is why I only work with issues I am comfortable treating. It is crucial for you to get the right help you need in order to make a difference in your journey and mental health. I provide individual therapy sessions that are entirely virtual, making it easy and flexible to connect from the comfort of your own home.
